A series of brutal murders take place in the hauntingly beautiful, historic town. In the woods, young women are discovered dead. Two detectives take on the case. Igor Zhuk, a cold and calculated professional, is fleeing a personal tragedy. Evgeny Chagin, on the other hand, is a charismatic rebel, motivated by his own justice, frequently breaking the law he’s supposed to uphold. Their mutual disdain is palpable, yet they must unite to unravel the dark mystery that grips their town. Chagin encounters Gabi, a desperate sister searching for her missing sibling, one of the victims. In a chilling twist, Gabi becomes the killer’s next target, captured and held in a hidden basement, her fate hanging by a thread. With time running out, Zhuk and Chagin are forced to confront their differences and work together, navigating their personal traumas.
