Dead Inside

Abducted and assaulted, a young woman escapes her torturer after six months in hell. Olga survived physically and gave a birth to the rapist’s child but she is dead inside. Not being able to trust or to experience deep connection, she goes through life like an emotional zombie. Her professional career is challenging and exciting — she is a top criminal investigator, but her personal life is on mute. Unable to trust or feel love, she pushes away anyone who could make her happy. One of such conflicts with a rejected lover, who happens to be her boss, even threatens her career. Suddenly, she finds herself in a remote town where a series of violent robberies took place. The local PD has zero leads because burglars don’t leave even a shred of evidence behind. Assigned to the case, Olga starts to unravel the twisted web, slowly but surely closing in on the dangerous criminals. She meets a local chief detective and slowly begins to change. Is it possible that love will finally mend her tragically broken heart?
